Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
How do I start a return?
Simply reach out to our support team via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll handle the rest.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s done.
Products
Are your products safe to use?
Absolutely. All Hartwell Co. products are tested for safety and quality before we list them. Our blender is BPA-free, our acupressure mat uses body-safe materials, and our LED mask meets standard safety certifications.
How do I use the acupressure mat?
Lie or stand on the mat for 20–40 minutes daily, ideally on bare skin or a thin layer of clothing. Most people feel a warming sensation followed by deep relaxation. Start with shorter sessions if you’re new to acupressure.
How do I charge the portable blender?
The blender charges via USB-C (cable included). A full charge takes about 2 hours and gives you 15–20 blends depending on ingredients.
How does the LED face mask work?
The mask uses 7 different light wavelengths to target specific skin concerns — red for anti-aging, blue for acne, green for tone, and more. Use for 10–20 minutes daily for best results. Full instructions are included in the box.
Orders & Account
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, they enter fulfillment and we may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need to adjust an order.
I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Contact us right away via our Contact page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address at no charge.
